If you have not yet paid your dues, this is your third and final notice. If you do not
contact Jeannie Smith prior to July 15th, a HOA lien will be placed against your property and filed with the Mesa County Clerk
and Recorder.
We understand that there may be special circumstances or hardships in your family at this time,

National Night Out 2009
Thank you to everyone
who attended National Night Out. We had a fantanstic time meeting all of our neighbors, enjoying good food and conversations
and watching the kids play and have fun. The Police Department, Target and Fire Department stopped by with some
fun stuff and the GJFD even gave a tour of their truck. National Night Out is usually held on the first Tuesday of August,
so for you planners out there...SAVE THE DATE for next year and don't miss this great family and community event.
